Terms & Conditions & Liability Waiver

By purchasing or participating in any animal experience at Braglio Farms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk

Participants understand that interacting with animals involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, kicks, scratches, allergic reactions, or other unpredictable animal behavior. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the experience.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Braglio Farms, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss sustained during participation.

3. Participant Responsibility

All participants must:

Follow all posted rules and staff instructions at all times
Treat animals with care and respect
Refrain from aggressive, reckless, or disruptive behavior
Supervise children closely at all times

Braglio Farms reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to follow rules without refund.

4. Health & Safety
Participants should not enter animal areas if they are feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to contagious illness
Proper footwear is required (closed-toe shoes recommended)
Handwashing or sanitizing is required after animal interaction
Participants acknowledge potential exposure to dirt, allergens, and farm-related conditions
5. Animal Welfare

For the safety of both guests and animals:

Feeding animals is only allowed when permitted and with approved food
Participants must not chase, pick up, or handle animals unless instructed
Flash photography or loud noises may be restricted in certain areas
6. Minors

All minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. The supervising adult assumes all responsibility for the minor’s conduct and safety.

7. Weather & Farm Conditions

Farm experiences take place outdoors and may be affected by weather, terrain, or other natural conditions. Participants should dress appropriately. Braglio Farms reserves the right to modify or cancel experiences for safety reasons.

8. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide a positive experience, animal behavior is unpredictable, and specific interactions or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

10. Agreement

By completing your purchase and/or participating in the animal experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.
