All guests must have a valid ticket for entry.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified.
Braglio Farms reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
Notice of Inherent Risks (Maryland Law)

Under Maryland law, there are inherent risks associated with farm, agritourism, and equine-related activities.

WARNING:
Under Maryland law, an agritourism provider is not liable for injury to or death of a participant resulting from an inherent risk of agritourism activity. Inherent risks include, but are not limited to:

The propensity of animals to behave in ways that may result in injury
Uneven terrain, natural hazards, and surface conditions
Ordinary dangers of structures, equipment, and farm operations
Acts of other participants

By entering Braglio Farms, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

Equine Activity Liability (Maryland Code)

In accordance with the Maryland Equine Activity Liability Act (Md. Code, Courts & Judicial Proceedings § 5-701 et seq.):

Braglio Farms is not liable for injury to or death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

“Equine activities” include, but are not limited to:

Interaction with horses
Petting, feeding, grooming, or observing equine animals
Hayrides or activities involving horse-drawn equipment

Guests assume all risks associated with these activities.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Maryland law, all guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with visiting Braglio Farms.

By entering the property, guests agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Braglio Farms, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims for:

Personal injury
Death
Property damage or loss

This release applies to any and all claims arising from participation in farm activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Braglio Farms from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Their actions or omissions
Failure to follow posted rules or staff instructions
Supervision of minors in their care
Animal Interactions
All animal interactions are voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
Animals may bite, kick, scratch, or behave unpredictably.
Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Hayrides
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Guests must remain seated and follow all safety instructions.
Braglio Farms is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
Playgrounds & Recreational Areas
Use of playgrounds and recreational features is at your own risk.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children.
Farm Grounds & Walking Areas
Guests may explore designated areas only.
Entry into restricted areas is prohibited.
Guests assume risks associated with uneven terrain, mud, and natural conditions.
Weather Policy
Events operate rain or shine.
In cases of severe or unsafe weather, Braglio Farms may cancel or reschedule at its discretion.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled by Braglio Farms.
No refunds for weather, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.
Photography & Media Release

By entering Braglio Farms, guests grant permission for their image and likeness to be used in marketing and promotional materials without compensation.

Severability

If any portion of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid under Maryland law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering Braglio Farms, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waiver.
